I started this journey because I was tired of watching brilliant, health-curious women feel dismissed, confused, and alone as their bodies changed. Like many of you, I wasn’t taught how to move through menopause—and when I started asking questions, the answers were either outdated or filled with judgment. So I became the resource I wished I had.
